Servicing and repairs
Kings watercoolers engineers are trained and qualified to work on most makes of Water Coolers, Hot Water Dispensers and Fountains, including AA First, Instanta, Marco and Zip.
For your owned Water Coolers, Water Boilers, Zip Taps and Fountains we offer ‘One-off’ repairs, ‘One-off’ service visits and One Year Service Agreements, which cover a full sanitisation of the unit and filter exchange once every six months. In addition, we are regularly asked to replace broken taps, move a plumbed-in cooler or boiler to another part of a building and attend various types of emergency situations, such as a leaking cooler.
Please note that Service Packages DO NOT apply to our rental customers as all *repairs, call outs and service visits are included within our rental agreement.

WATERCOOLER SERVICING
We will visit your site twice a year to clean, sanitise and maintain your drinking water cooler.
Where water filters are fitted they will be replaced at each scheduled visit.
Any breakdowns, call-outs or service visits outside of the twice yearly scheduled visits will be charged at £65.00 for the first hour and £40.00 per hour thereafter.
Any parts required will be chargeable.

WATER BOILER SERVICING
We will visit your site twice a year to clean, sanitise and maintain your drinking water boiler.
Where water filters are fitted, they will be replaced at each scheduled visit.
Any breakdowns, call-outs or service visits outside of the twice yearly scheduled visits will be charged at £65.00 for the first hour and £40.00 per hour thereafter.
Any parts required will be chargeable.

- Countertop Boiler – £195 per annum
- Under Counter Boiler / Zip Tap – £249 per annum

Includes 2 Visits Per Year
UNDER SINK TAP SERVICING
We will visit your site twice a year to clean, sanitise and maintain your drinking water fountain.
Where water filters are fitted they will be replaced at each scheduled visit.
Any breakdowns, call-outs or service visits outside of the twice yearly scheduled visits will be charged at £65.00 for the first hour and £40.00 per hour thereafter.
Any parts required will be chargeable.
